Heather du Plessis-Allan talks to Scott Russell about the thousands of ANZ and ASB customers may be in for a refund.
A multi-million dollar class action claim's been filed against the banks, alleging they failed to refund 150,000 customers money they weren't allowed to take, or keep.
Lawyer Scott Russell's involved in the legal case and says he believes the banks are breaching consumer protection laws.
He says the banks have breached disclosure obligations for those taking out loans.
